Your Ultra account lives at the operator's own site, and only the operator can restore, verify or unblock it. This page explains the sign-in route, what stops it from working, and where to get help when it does.
Signing in at this operator
- Open ultracasino.fi in your browser.
- Use the site's sign-in button.
- Enter the email and password you chose at registration.
No account yet? Registration happens at the operator too, through its sign-up route.
When it does not work
Sign-in fails for a handful of ordinary reasons, and each one has a fix:
- Wrong credentials. Check caps lock, retype carefully, and request a password reset if you are not certain.
- Unverified account. When cumulative deposits reach 2,000 euros or equivalent, the operator asks for identity documents before you can withdraw or continue playing. Upload them through the operator's account area.
- Self-exclusion in force. Fixed-term self-exclusion lasts 6 months to 5 years and cannot be shortened. Indefinite self-exclusion requires a 7-day cooling-off period before reopening. Contact the operator's support if you need clarity on which applies.
- Browser session problem. Clear cookies and cache, close all tabs of the site, and try again in a private window.
- Inactive account. After 12 months without a login or deposit, the operator charges a 5 € monthly inactivity fee. The account remains open; sign in as usual once the fee is settled.
The recovery path
Forgotten passwords are reset through the operator's own password-recovery link. Enter the email you used at registration, and the operator sends a reset link to that address. The link expires after a set time, so use it straight away.
If you no longer have access to the email used at registration, contact the operator's support at [email protected]. They will ask for identity documents and account details to verify ownership before linking a new email to the account.
What you need to hand
Every sign-in requires the email and password chosen at registration. No second device, no code sent by text, and no biometric unlock — Ultra does not publish two-factor authentication in its terms.
When verification is triggered (at 2,000 euros cumulative deposits or during a withdrawal), the operator asks for copies of ID front and back, utility bills or invoices, copies of payment methods such as front and back of credit cards, bank statements, and a signed verification form. Enhanced checks apply to large winning withdrawals and may include background checks or documents from independent credit agencies.
Signing in from a phone
The operator's site works in a mobile browser — Safari, Chrome, Firefox — and the account is the same one you use on desktop, with the same password. Ultra does not publish a native app, so sign in through the browser at ultracasino.fi.
Account restrictions
| Cause | What happens |
|---|---|
| KYC verification pending | Withdrawals and further play are blocked until documents are reviewed and approved. |
| Self-exclusion (6 months to 5 years) | The account cannot be reopened before the chosen period ends. |
| Indefinite self-exclusion | Reopening requires a 7-day cooling-off period after the request is made. |
| Cool off / time out (24 hours to 3 months) | The account reopens automatically after the break, or via customer support if you chose the manual option. |
| Inactivity over 12 months | A 5 € monthly fee is charged; the account stays open and can be used once the fee is paid. |
Who to contact
Account problems — forgotten passwords, verification delays, unexplained blocks — go to the operator's support, not to this portal. Ultra offers live chat and email at [email protected], both available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Support responds in English and Finnish.
Have these details ready before you write in:
- The email address on the account
- When the problem started
- The exact message shown on screen, if any
The faster the operator can identify the account and the issue, the faster the response arrives.
Keeping access safe
Sign in only at the operator's own address — ultracasino.fi — typed into the browser or reached through a bookmark you saved yourself. Never follow a link in an email or a message claiming to be from the operator; phishing attempts copy the site's design and steal credentials.
Use a password you have not used anywhere else. If another service is breached and that password leaks, every account sharing it is at risk. Sign out when you finish, especially on a shared or public device.
This site is for players aged 18 and over (18+). If gambling ever stops feeling like entertainment, free and confidential help is available at BeGambleAware.org.
